Freelance Producer/Social Media Creative Consultant•  March 2016 - Present

  • Currently working as a Senior Manager at Nars Cosmetics. I have been tasked with refining their social media accounts to be more sleek, lifestyle orientated, and robust with original content. Shooting, prop styling, and retouching new images daily featuring models and still life, while developing a new voice and strategy for the brand namely on Instagram. Images and strategy were launched in the month of August across multiple social platforms and have gained almost 1 million followers since.
  • In December 2016, I finished managing 17 models and supermodels social accounts at Women Management, focusing on strategy, content creation, and securing social media based projects and partnerships. On average models grew 7% organically based on my strategy suggestions. Most engagement went up between 5-10% monthly for each client.
  • Dick Clark Productions Social Producer for The Billboard Music Awards 2016. Partnered with external client T-Mobile and DJ Khaled to oversee content before and during the award show, as well as mange social expectations and create paid Snapchat asks.

Edelman•  Senior Account Supervisor Feb 2014 - March 2016

Full Time Senior Account Supervisor for Samsung Mobile USA Instagram. Single-handedly launched @SamsungMobileUSA and became the visual guideline for Samsung Mobile to aspire and reproduce similar content on many channels world wide. Daily workflow is similar to a Photo Editor, Producer, Strategist, and Art Buyer. As well as research, scout, and acquire up and coming talent, as well as established influencers, artists, and photographers. Manage between 20-30 “core” photographers each month to insure constant quality images being created and promoted on behalf the brand. Also working with special project photographers and influencers, and overseeing all SOW contract negations. Produce shoots and execute ideas with celebrity talent. Collaborate and create paid Instagram ads, shoot general content for channel, help other channels find a more artistic voice, consult on photoshoots for the brand not relating to Instagram, retouch images, as well as creating copy for content and community management. Work with other partner agencies on activations, as well as the client directly. Oversee celebrity talent contract social media asks, as well as brand/media partnerships/on site activations.

IMG Models•  Creative Director/Social Media Director Feb 2013 - Feb 2014

Full time Creative Director at IMG Model Management. Oversaw all [re]branding and creative aspects of IMG Models, in addition to creating a Social Media voice. Managed Instagram, Facebook, Tumblr, and Twitter. Since creating Instagram in Feb 2013, account has grown to over 67k+followers, making IMG the #1 modeling agency on the platform in the world, which it still is in 2016. Daily workflow included retouching, taking digitals, printing, photo editing, creating videos, visual aids, creating press kits,  maintaining agency website for 2 divisions, updating books, overseeing the Art Department, and managing 3 assistants, an intern, and models personal channels.

Women Model Management•  Art Director/Social Media Director Jan 2010 - Feb 2013

Full time Art Department head at Women Model Management. Daily workflow included fine skin retouching, archival scanning, creating all graphic layouts, communicating with photographers, and updating/maintaining the main agency website. Oversaw all social media output for Women Management as the Director of the new initiative. Which included maintaining Twitter, shooting for Instagram, Facebook, uploading content to Blogspot and Tumblr platforms, and assisting models with their accounts. Since taking over Social Media, all accounts have increased followers by an average of 400% and continued to grow at a rapid rate weekly.
